You know I really don't ask for much but
acknowledgmentand when I notice I'm not getting that I start getting into these
And these moods start to affect everything. EVERYTHING starts to become an annoyance, and then it turns into being pissed off.
But the thing is I feel my moods starting to switch and I try to actively work to change them but I just end up getting even more annoyed for being annoyed in the first place, because if I wasn't annoyed in the first place I wouldn't have to try to NOT be annoyed. Does that even make sense?
So do I just let the emotions play out and wait it out or do I keep trying to change my thinking and try to control the energy I will inevitably put onto others?
